TacMed was first developed under a research and development contract with the U.S. Army ARL-STTC to design and build a new medical training system for the treatment of severe blast trauma. The resulting technology was so effective and well-received that TacMed was launched as a commercial product line. Today they have a broad portfolio of training simulators to meet almost any need.
